At The Skydrift Boutique Property, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and transparency for all guests:
Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full 100% refund.Bookings can be rescheduled only basis on availability. If the tariff of the new dates is higher than the original booking, the difference must be paid to "The Skydrift" to confirm the new dates. "The Skydrift" allows rescheduling only up to 7 days before the check-in date.

In case of any refunds owed to guests, "The Skydrift" will process the refund within 5-7 working days. A nominal cancellation fee of 5% will be levied for refunds processed by "The Skydrift." This fee is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges, and GST at the applicable rate will be charged on this cancellation fee.
We are happy to offer a complimentary early check-in by 12 noon, provided the Cottage is not booked for the previous night. If you would like to check-in earlier (as early as 9:00 am), there will be a fixed charge of ₹1000 over and above tariff for that night.
For late check-out, our check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you would like to request for a later check-out time, please inform us by 9:00AM on the date of check-out. Late check-outs are subject to availability and will be chargeable ₹500/hour.
Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and at the discretion of The Skydrift.
